They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems

Target Market/ Clients

The qualification is aimed for international students who are willing to develop their skills and knowledge in Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management in a face-to-face study environment. Students will have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise and are proficient in English language. Where appropriate RPL or Credit Transfer will be suggested to students

No Occupational Licensing, Certification Or Specific Legislative Requirements Apply To This Qualification At The Time Of Publication.

Duration

This program is delivered over a total duration of 52 weeks including holidays and term breaks. This total duration consists of 40 weeks of course delivery plus up to 12 weeks of holiday/break time depending upon the intake. Twenty hours (20hr) of classes are scheduled for each week.

1. Satisfactory Completion Of Year 12 VCE Or Its Equivalent Overseas Qualification

2. Prospective Sapience College international students are required to demonstrate their capacity to complete the course successfully. International students applying for Advanced Diploma level will need satisfactory completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions) or have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise

1. An IELTS Level Of 5.5 Or Equivalent For Direct Entry Into A VET Course

Students Obtaining A Competency For All Units In This Course Will Be Awarded The Full Qualification  BSB60420- Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management,Which Would Include Certificate And Record Of Result. Students Not Obtaining A Competent Result For All Units In This Course Or Leaving The Course In The Middle Will Receive A Statement Of Attainment. Indicating The Actual Number Of Units, They Achieve Competency
