Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing  and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to  support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify,  analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Target Market/ Clients

This Course Is Designed For International Students Who Will Be Involved In Classroom And Simulated Practical Training In A Full-Time Capacity To Gain The Qualification. These are students who wish to work as Managers / Supervisors / Coordinators In A Business Organisation at an Advanced Diploma Level, it is anticipated that the student will be an existing worker or new entrant with no vocational experience.

No Occupational Licensing, Certification Or Specific Legislative Requirements Apply To This Qualification At The Time Of Publication.

Duration

This program is delivered over a total duration of 52 weeks including holidays and term breaks. This total duration consists of 40 weeks of course delivery plus up to 12 weeks of holiday/break time depending upon the intake. Twenty hours (20hr) of classes are scheduled for each week

Entry Requirements

Language, Literacy and Numeracy test (LLN)

1. All students are required to undertake a language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) test mapped at ACSF level 4+ conducted by Sapience College.

Candidate undertaking this course must possess sound Numeracy skills since it requires them to do calculations, make reports and graphs.

Pre-training Review

All students will undertake pre-training review which aims to identify their training needs through questions on previous education or training, basic computing skills and interview conducted by Sapience College.
Interview also aims to identify possible RPL opportunities. Through pre-training review student will demonstrate that they have necessary skills to successfully complete the course

English Proficiency
1. An IELTS Level Of 5.5 Or Equivalent For Direct Entry Into A VET Course
Or
IELTS Band Score Of 5.0 (Academic Or General Version) Then Satisfactory Completion Of ELICOS Or ESL Up To 20 Weeks At Upper Intermediate Level To Be Taken Before The Main VET Course.
Results Older Than Two Years Are Not Acceptable OR

2. Evidence That They Have Studied In English For At Least Five Years In Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Republic Of Ireland, South Africa, the United Kingdom Or the United States Of America OR

3. Evidence That Within Two Years Of Their Application Date, They Have Successfully Completed Certificate IV Or Higher-Level Qualification From The Australian Qualifications Framework

Language, Literacy And Numeracy (LLN) Test

Sapience Global Will Review All enrollment applications To Ensure Entry Requirements Are Being Met Prior To Acceptance Into A Course. As Part Of The Enrolment Process Students Are Required To Complete A Language, Literacy, And Numeracy (LLN) Test To Ensure That The Student Has The Ability To Complete The Course. This Test Will Occur Prior To Course Commencement And Will Be Assessed By An Authorised College Delegate Or Qualified Trainer/Assessor.

Students Obtaining A Competency For All Units In This Course Will Be Awarded The Full Qualification BSB50420 Diploma Of Leadership And Management, Which Would Include Certificate And Record Of Result. Students Not Obtaining A Competent Result For All Units In This Course Or Leaving The Course In The Middle Will Receive A Statement Of Attainment. Indicating The Actual Number Of Units, They Achieve Competency

Students Completing BSB50420 Diploma Of Leadership And Management May Enter the Workplace Or Continue their Current Roles:
